MAKE A BOOKING

Before selecting from the following date ranges, please read the Booking instructions and Member and Guest Responsibilites below.

Season Open – 8 June to 29 June

School Holidays – 30 June to 20 July

Peak – 21 July to 31 August

Shoulder – 01 Sept to 14 Sept

Spring – 15 Sept to 07 Oct

Summer – 8 Oct to 31 May, 2025

How to book:

  • Members with credits may apply a credit coupon to their bookings during the booking process. If you do not have a credit coupon contact the Booking Officer prior to commencing your booking.
  • Click on the date range (from the list above) for the period your booking falls into. A single booking cannot span date ranges.
  • Fill out the number attending in each of the respective categories, select your dates from the calendar, and click check availability. 
  • Bookings are on a per night basis. Eg. a full week booking starts on Sunday (Night 1) and finishes on Saturday (Night 7). Do not select the date of departure.
  • Complete the booking details and then PROCEED to CHECKOUT.
  • When completed select REQUEST confirmation.
  • An email will be sent to the booking officer to confirm availability and check details.
  • Once your booking is processed an email will be sent back to you.
  • IMPORTANT: please check your SPAM or JUNK folders. Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within a couple of days.

Member and Guest Responsibilites:

1. The Member is responsible for any and all damage caused by their party and invitees attending Highway Alpine Lodge.

2. The Member is responsible for ensuring that their party conduct themselves in an orderly manner. The Lodge Captain reserves the right to intervene if they deem that a guest’s activities are considered illegal, noisy, and/or offensive, to exclude or remove any and all persons from the premises without liability if they consider such action is necessary. Members and/or guests removed from the premises forfeit the full amount payable for the booking.

3. Only persons listed on the booking form may use the property. The number of guests must not exceed the booking details. Violation  may result in the Lodge Captain asking the member and/or guests to leave the property without compensation. Any monies paid will be forfeited.

4. The Member will be liable to pay all costs should the premises not be left in a good condition, including damaged caused, breakage and loss of property, or costs of any additional cleaning.

5. Highway Alpine Lodge accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of any member or guest property left in the lodge or on the premises prior to, during, or after a stay. Members and their guests are required to take all of their gear with them when they leave, unless stored in a member’s locker. Members and guests are required to ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked in unattended rooms.

6. Highway Alpine Lodge accepts no liability for cars parked on its grounds.

7. For the comfort of all guests noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from mobile phone conversations and noisy devices in common areas.

8. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents and guardians will be held responsible for the child’s behaviour.

9. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Lodge or any other areas of the building.

10. No skis or boards are permitted in the Lodge. A drying room located on the lower level is available for storage of boots and parkas. Skis must be stored in the adjacent ski storage room.
